Mercarius Fleet Management Company grew out of the conventionally understood rent-a-car operations of the nineties gradually though a well thought over strategy to become the single largest Hungarian owned fleet manager having control over roughly 11 000 units of machine vehicles.
The business strategy did not change in the past decades – we offer high standard custom tailored service packaged tailored to the real needs and financial risks of the Customers with transparent and predictable pricing arrangements. Provided the fleet includes a Golf or Focus model, which features many issues as early as in the second year, needs transport to a service station several times, requires multiple repairs, our company – upon prior approval of the Customer – may arrive at a decision to replace the broken down vehicle with a completely new one. In other words, a completely new car is purchased and handed over to you without any extra costs, since – as it was mentioned earlier on – according our philosophy we offer a service, which – albeit manifested in a car – is not the car itself. A reliable vehicle fleet free from any problems is our common interest! Thanks to the entire supply chain controlled single handedly, a quick solution can be provided to replace the problem vehicles.

Megújult az Illatos úti telephelyünk.
2022 decemberében megnyitottuk az első vidéki telephelyünket Debrecenben.
Megújult a Komáromi úti telephelyünk
Megérkezett az MVM GO, az első hazai lakossági e-autó tartósbérleti konstrukció a Mercarius és az MVM együttműködésében.
Az év végére gépjárműparkunkba közel 11 000 gépjármű tartozik, munkatársaink száma meghaladja a 140 főt és 2021-től a Vodafone Magyarország és BMSK Zrt. is ügyfelünk.
A Magyar Telekom és Colas Hungária Zrt. is az ügyfelünk. Elértük a 3. helyet a flottakezelési piacon és év végére közel 9500 autó tartozik a Mercariushoz.
December 2-án új ügyvezetővel bővül a Mercarius Flottakezelő Kft. menedzsmentje. Rónai-Horst László feladata a nagyvállalati- és multinacionális hátterű vállalati ügyfelek igényeinek kiszolgálása, valamint a Mercarius pozícióinak megerősítése ebben a piaci szegmensben.

2018-ban a Magyar Közút Zrt. tenderén is a legjobbnak bizonyultunk. Év végén és 2019 elején átadtuk a Társaság számára a 276 darab brigádszállítóból és 174 darab művezetői gépjárműből álló flottát.
A MÁV Csoport tender győzteseként közel 1.500 autóból álló flottával bővült az ügyfélportfóliónk. Flottakezelt autóink száma év végére eléri a 3.500 db-ot. Csapatunk létszáma 80 főre bővült.
Vállalatunk a legnagyobb magyar magántulajdonú, teljes körű szolgáltatást nyújtó flottakezelő a piacon. Megnyitottuk második telephelyünket és szervizközpontunkat.
Flottakezelt autóink száma elérte a 2.000 db-ot. Az alkalmazottak létszáma elérte az 50 főt. Komáromi úti telephelyünket a Növekedési Hitelprogram és Európai Uniós támogatás segítségével bővítettük: elkészült a gumiabroncs tárolónk és az automata autómosónk.
Ügyfeleink között köszönthettük az MVM Csoportot, közel 600 autós flottával.
Megújultunk! A magyar piac egyik meghatározó flottakezelőjeként, immár Mercarius Flottakezelő néven, új arculattal vártuk ügyfeleinket. Minket választott az Antenna Hungária is 250 autós flottájának kezelésére. Ügyfeleink között köszönthettük a 4iG Csoportot is. Az egyik legnagyobb gyógyszermarketing cég, a Quintiles is minket választott flottakezelőjének.
Nemzetközi versenyen is kiváló eredményt nyújtottunk: Hágában a Royal Dutch Shell tenderén az Ágo-Stone-t választották a Shell Hungary több mint 100 autós flottájának kezelésére.
Az Ágo-Stone Flottakezelőnk első ügyfele a Shell Gas Hungary volt, 60 gépjárművel.
Bővítettük szolgáltatási körünket: az autókölcsönzés mellett palettánkra került a flottakezelés. Flottakezelőnk főként kisebb, 20-30 gépjárműből álló flották kezelésére fókuszált.
Hényel Gyula megalapította a vállalatot. A családi vállalkozás fő szolgáltatása a napi autókölcsönzés volt.
