How does your partner network operate?
We provide tire changeover services through our national partners in cooperation with autogumiplaza.hu, striving to continuously expand our partner network.
How can I book an appointment with one of your partners?
To make booking easier and more convenient, the available time slots of our partners are also accessible through our online platform on the Mercarius website.
When can I book an appointment?
For the 2024 winter tire changeover season, booking will be available on our website starting from Monday, September 16th, at 8:00 AM.
Appointments will be available starting from October 1st, with time slots available on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
In September, only October appointments can be booked. November appointments will become visible from October 1st or when the available October days are fully booked.
Service points will do their best to flexibly accommodate user tire changeover requests during inquiries and scheduling. However, it is important to note that in November, the available time slots may involve a 2-3 week waiting period. Therefore, we recommend having the tire changeover done in October to avoid long wait times.
⚠ Please arrive at the tire service at least 10 minutes before your appointment, where you will be expected at the reception. If you anticipate arriving late, be sure to notify the service by phone!

How long does a tire changeover typically take at your partners?
At our partner network service points, tire changeovers typically take around 30 minutes.
Therefore, we suggest planning for at least a half-hour waiting time!
What happens if I miss my appointment, what should I do?
If you anticipate being late for your appointment at our partner's service point, notify them by phone! The contact details of the selected tire service will be sent to you in the appointment confirmation email, but you can also find the necessary contact information under the following site.
⚠ Please note that if you are more than 5 minutes late, or if the tires are extremely dirty, our partners may not be able to guarantee the tire changeover!
Is the driver service available with your nationwide partner network?
The driver service is not available with our nationwide partner network; this service can only be used if you book an appointment at our own service points.
Can I book appointments through flotta.marso.hu?
From 2024 onwards, it is no longer possible to book appointments with our rural or Budapest partners through flotta.marso.hu!
