Below you can find information about modifying and canceling your tire changeover appointment.
How can I modify or cancel my booking online?
You can do this via the unique link found at the bottom of the confirmation email you received after booking. On this link, you can choose whether you want to modify or cancel your appointment.
Please notify us of your intention to modify your appointment as soon as possible so we can efficiently use the freed time slot in our service centers.
How far in advance can I modify or cancel my booking?
⚠ For online bookings, you can modify or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we kindly ask you to notify the appropriate service center via phone. Thank you for your cooperation!
Can I have two bookings with the same license plate?
It is not possible to make two new bookings with the same license plate. Therefore, if you want to change your booking, be sure to select the „Modify appointment” option.
I canceled my appointment. When can I make a new booking?
⚠ After canceling an appointment, you can only make a new booking 2 hours after the cancellation.
Can I modify my appointment online, if I request the Driver service?
Yes, it is possible to modify the appointment using the editing link provided in the confirmation email.
On our online platform, you can make the following changes:
- change the appointment time,
- modify the provided address and contact information.
Can I cancel my appointment online, if I request the Driver service?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your appointment for the Driver service via the editing link sent in the confirmation email.
⚠ Please note that after canceling an appointment, you can only make a new booking 2 hours after the cancellation.
How far in advance can I modify or cancel my booking, if I request the Driver service?
⚠ For the Driver service, modifications and cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled time via our online platform.
If you wish to modify your appointment within 48 hours, please notify the appropriate service center where your booking was made through our central phone number. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
How far in advance can I modify or cancel my booking with the Nationwide partner network?
⚠ For bookings made with the Nationwide partner network, modifications and cancellations must be made at least 2 working days before the scheduled appointment.
