Appointment booking with driver service

You can find information below about using the Driver service during the tire changeover season.

 

Where can I book an appointment?

You can reach our own service points through our central phone number, or via the easy-to-use and conveniently accessible online booking platform available on our website.

 

When can I book an appointment?

For the 2024 winter tire changeover season, we will open the booking option on our website starting from Monday, September 16th, at 8:00 AM.

Appointments will be available starting from October 1st.

In September, only October appointments can be booked. November appointments will be visible from October 1st or when the available October days are fully booked.

⚠ If you use the Driver service during the seasonal tire changeover, it may be possible that we can only offer you a slightly later appointment.

 

What is the process for booking an appointment if I want to request Driver service?

After providing your license plate number, you need to indicate that you want to use the service. Then, on the next page, you will need to provide the address where our driver needs to go to pick up your vehicle.

Finally, a list of available days will be displayed based on the address you provided, from which you can choose.

We ask that you select a day when you can do without your vehicle for the entire working day, if possible!
 
Our driver will arrive at the address you provided on the day of your chosen appointment in the morning (after 8:30 AM) and will return your car in the afternoon (by no later than 4:15 PM).
 
*If your working hours fall outside of the above times, you have the option to inform us through our online booking platform.

 

How many days in advance can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment at the earliest 8 calendar days in advance.

 

Can I request the Driver service through your partner network?

Our partner network does not provide this service; therefore, you can only use it at our own service points.
