How do you keep in touch with me during the tire changeover?

Primarily through email.

⚠ Therefore, it is important to provide a valid and frequently used email address during the booking process, so that we can reach you with information regarding your appointment if necessary. We will confirm all processes carried out on our online platform – whether it's booking, modification, or cancellation – with a confirmation email.

 

What automatic emails can I expect after booking my appointment?

1.) After sending your booking, you will receive a confirmation email at the provided address within 10 minutes. The email will include important information about your booking, as well as an editing link for any necessary date changes or cancellations.

*If you cannot find the email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder. Due to unique filtering settings, some email systems may handle messages differently. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that messages related to your booking will not end up in spam or junk folders. If you still do not find it there, please contact us using our contact details to verify your booking!

2. a.) If you booked without the Driver service, we will send you a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment about the upcoming tire change.

2. b.) If you opted for the Driver service, we will send you an email early on the day of your tire changeover detailing the expected schedule.

For modifications or cancellations: each change will be confirmed with a confirmation email. The process is only considered successful when the confirmation email arrives in your inbox.

 

Under what circumstances might I receive additional messages from you?

If you modify or cancel your appointment, you will also receive a confirmation email regarding the process. The operation is only deemed successful if the email arrives in your inbox.

⚠ There may be a few minutes between the execution of the process and the arrival of the confirmation email. 

 

Can I receive a calendar reminder for my booked appointment?

Yes, if you would like your appointment to be added to the calendar associated with your email account, you can request this by checking the box located above the Terms & Conditions during the online booking process. 

⚠ There may be a few minutes between sending the booking and receiving the invitation!

If you request a calendar invitation along with the Driver service, it will cover the entire day. 

*The calendar notification will include the appointment you booked, which may be 30, 45, or 60 minutes long. It is important for our team that you can continue your travels safely, which is why Mercarius's 60-minute tire changes also include a vehicle inspection. This extended check significantly contributes to the increased duration of the average tire change.*

 

If I delete my calendar invitation, does that cancel my appointment?

⚠ Declining the calendar invitation does NOT equal cancelling your appointment!
